Eric’s voice is unique and thoughtful leveraging his love of chess, tennis, and baseball, and 40+ years’ regulatory and chief compliance officer / financial crime compliance experience with JP Morgan, GE, S&P Global, and four global banks including UBS and BNP Paribas. Few have the depth and breadth of practical compliance experience across multiple industries as Eric. He is also an adjunct professor of ethics & compliance with the Fordham School of Law, in New York.
Through Young Enterprises LLC and his consulting and publishing arm, EthicalPebble PublishingTM, Eric advises multiple clients, strategically repositioning them for an ESG, new cultural paradigm, and compliance technology future, across a cross-section of industries. Eric also serves on advisory boards with a number of artificial intelligence, data integrity, and technology firms. Eric is a frequent speaker and author, including The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, Forbes, and the American Banker. He is a graduate of Columbia University (Economics), and the GE Management Development Program.
